Logos begins every consulting engagement with a Strategic Operational Assessment (SOA). The SOA is a comprehensive analysis that evaluates the core components of a business. These areas include Operations, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Risk & HR, and Management Team & Advisors.
Within each of these areas, Logos has developed an extensive list of criteria that can be scored on a range from 1-5 (5 being best-in-class).
The Logos team will sit down with management, conduct interviews, and collect data on each criteria. Logos will then process this information, generate scores, and create a comprehensive report outlining the Company’s strengths and weaknesses.
The SOA is scored using a proprietary scoring model that applies weights to each criteria within the business units being evaluated.
Following the SOA, Logos will develop a detailed action plan to address improvement opportunities within each scored area and support the client in execution.
